George and his team recently laid our driveway, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very beginning, George offered excellent advice and clearly demonstrated his experience and knowledge. He really knows his stuff. Throughout the project, the team were professional, hardworking, and always willing to help! Nothing was ever too much trouble, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. A few days after the work was completed, we unfortunately had an oil leak on the driveway. We contacted George, and he came straight round without hesitation and replaced the affected stones! Overall, it was a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. It’s rare to have no negatives at all, but in this case, I honestly can’t fault them. I would highly recommend George and his team.

They recently completed a wonderful block paved drive at the front of our bungalow as well as a patio area, paths and raised beds at the back. George's project management was excellent, liaising regularly with myself and my wife to ensure we knew exactly what his staff were doing every day and how we could carry on with our daily activities throughout the work. He organised his staff and contractors equally skillfully to ensure materials and specialists arrived at appropriate times and his staff were there in the right numbers to support them and us. George was always ready to listen to our suggestions regarding the details that make the end result so special and offer his expert advice. His staff all worked very hard on whatever task they were assigned to, and completed it with dedication, humour, friendliness and excellence, with the more experienced staff willingly sharing their knowledge and guiding the younger ones. My wife and I enjoyed the whole experience, happily keeping everyone going with regular tea, coffee and biscuit supplies. The end result speaks for itself, with an immaculate front drive and a low-maintenance, high quality back garden that we will enjoy for very many years. Thank you so much.

A new patio of porcelain slabs and new drainage. Laid with quiet efficiency and great attention to detail. Every request for the odd minor tweak met with a smile. I cannot praise George, Jimmy and the team too highly.

GB Paving has carried an excellent job in creating a new patio area, complete with replacement fencing in our rear garden. In addition they also created a new pathway to the front of the property. The team made up of, George, Jim, Dave, Mike, Logan, Aaron, Cameron and Jason plus others extra team members are a credit to the GB paving business, always on time, very polite, efficient and knowledgeable and worked hard to finish the project despite the heat. We were kept informed by George of all stages of the project and what was happening each day and nothing was too much trouble for any member of the team. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished patio and the post project support provided by George and would recommend GB Paving to others who are looking for the best of the best driveways and patios.

The front entrance required widening. The project required tarmacking and block paving. GB Paving discussed and gave good clear instructions on how the work would be carried out. Company carried out the work to a very good high standard. They were prompt, decisive, reliable and kept us well informed throughout the project. We highly recommend their excellent service.

We employed George and team to completely landscape our heavily sloping garden. This was quite complex as there were major drainage issues, and slopes both front to back and left to right. We have been delighted with the whole experience from initial site visit to final result. George is a great communicator, supplying us with recommendations and his thoughts throughout. It was obvious that he wanted the best result for us, and spent a lot of his personal time pondering the options. We were always kept advised of his daily/weekly plans. Despite various challenges (supplier delays, unearthed physical issues, our requirement changes, the weather!) he was good humoured and through great organisation achieved minimal interruption to schedule. His whole team were professional, highly skilled, hard working, punctual and always polite. It was a wonder watching the large team working efficiently together on various jobs, regularly communicating with each other, and making speedy progress. The end result is more than we could have hoped for, and we will spend many happy hours outside enjoying it.
